POS System Design

 

POS Installation

 

We perform a needs assessment before we recommend a system to you and determine how best to use the system features to allow you to work at the optimum level.  We then configure the system to your needs.

We install the hardware and software in your store and import data provided in Excel (e.g. customers and inventory) so that when we are finished you are able to sell immediately.

 

 

Training

 

Live Operation Supervision

 

Our staff are on hand when the system first becomes operational, to provide a level of confidence to users and to address any issues that arise in that time period.  This is over a period of 1 day to 1 week after the new system is deployed.

We provide training for all users of the system including cashiers, inventory clerks, purchasing clerks, warehouse clerks and managers.
   

Support

 

Integration to Accounting System

 

We are able to provide a complete solution by integrating the Point of Sale system to various accounting systems including Microsoft Dynamics GP, QuickBooks and Peachtree.  This integration allows you to easily export sales and inventory data from your Point of Sale application to your Accounting application.

Following deployment of the system, our staff remain available to provide support for any issues that may arise.
   

Software Development

 

Our software developers create customized software applications that are seamlessly integrated into the Microsoft Dynamics RMS application.  These applications provide additional functionality to your POS solution and are developed to your specifications.
